Our commitment to professional achievement and personal growth are reflected in our core values: creative thinking, teamwork, integrity, and customer satisfaction. Glowing testimonials and a 90% contract renewal rate echo our clients’ appreciation.
There's more to life than work. We believe fun, family and community involvement are equally important. That's why iCST has supported more than 60 non-profit organizations with cash donations. Ashok has served on the board of directors for TechMaine and United Way of Greater Portland. He championed the Maine laptop initiative for 7th and 8th graders, and generously donates time and resources to a variety of worthwhile causes.
We enhance the productivity of our clients through innovative and cost effective IT solutions. We exceed the expectations of our clients by recruiting and placing the industry's top talent.
We are a global company achieving 25% annual growth in revenues and profits. Fifty percent of our revenue comes from referrals and repeat business. iCST would like to be on the preferred vendor list of the top five percent of the largest companies in Northern New England.
iCST has been honored with numerous awards and recognition:
• Winner, Governor’s Award for Business Excellence
• Two-time winner, Maine’s Minority Small Business Person of the Year
• Preferred Vendor, State of Maine
• Finalist, TechMaine Company of the Year and Gazelle Award
• Finalist, Maine Business for Social Responsibility’s Eagle Feather Award.
At the request of former Maine Gov. Angus King, iCST president Ashok Nalamalapu represented Maine in an international technology trade mission. Many of his leadership articles have appeared in major newspapers and media outlets. Ashok has made numerous technology presentations to the SBA National Conference, Dale Carnegie International, Maine International Trade Center, the Governor’s Small Business Conference, and numerous civic organizations and Chambers of Commerce.
From its humble beginnings in Ashok’s attic in 1996, iCST has shown steady, consistent growth. Despite the dramatic ups and downs of the global and Maine economies over the past decade, our growth has averaged 5%. Annual revenues now exceed $4+ million.
