iCST pays a referral bonus for referred clients and candidates.
Refer a Candidate
Pass job postings on to friends and co-workers you feel would be a good match. If iCST places the referred candidate in a permanent position, you will receive a referral bonus up to $500.*
*To be eligible for the Candidate Referral Bonus program you must meet the following guidelines:
1. iCST recruiters must not have been actively working with the candidate for 90 days prior to the referral.
2. iCST must place your referred candidate at our client.
3. The referred candidate must work at the new full-time position/company for at least 3 months.
4. For temporary and contract positions:• Bonus amount is $500.00 for positions over 3 months in length.
• Bonus amount is $250.00 for positions less then 3 months in length.5. The referral bonus is payable after the guarantee period expires.
Refer a Client / Job Order
Tell us about a job opening that iCST is not actively working on or actively soliciting (even if it is with one of our current clients) and you receive a referral bonus up to a $500.* Note: This could be a position you applied for and turned down, a position you were not hired for, a position you are vacating, a position you are aware of that someone just gave notice for, or a position you see posted on the hiring company‘s job board.
*To be eligible for the Client / Job Order Referral Bonus program you must meet the following guidelines:
1. iCST Recruiters must not be actively working on the same job opening or actively soliciting the same position or job order.
2. iCST must place a candidate in the referred position.
3. The candidate we place must stay in this new full-time position/company for the guarantee period.
4. For Temporary / Contract positions:• Bonus amount is $500.00 for positions over 3 months in length.
• Bonus amount is $250.00 for positions less then 3 months in length.5. Bonus amount is $500.00 for Permanent positions filled by iCST through your lead.
6. The referral bonus is payable after the guarantee period expires.
If you refer the client position and the candidate you are eligible for a referral bonus up to $1,000. In order to be eligible for this bonus, you must still meet the above criteria for both the candidate and the Client/Job Order.
iCST respects your confidentiality regarding referrals. Your identity never has to be revealed to receive a referral bonus. Please indicate your desire to remain anonymous / confidential when submitting the referral.
