Before launching iCST in 1996, Ashok Nalamalapu successfully spearheaded software development projects at several Fortune 500 Companies, including IBM, Vanguard Group and Liberty Mutual. Ashok is a motivational speaker who has written many articles for the Portland Press Herald, Maine Biz and Center for Creative Leadership. The US Small Business Administration named him Maine's Minority Small Business Person of the Year in 1999 and again in 2005. In 2001, iCST received the Maine Governor’s Award for Business Excellence. Ashok was a finalist for TechMaine’s CEO of the Year in 2008. He trained for leadership at the Center for Creative Leadership, Outward Bound School, Institute of Civic Leadership and Bowdoin College. Ashok has won the highest achievement awards at the Dale Carnegie courses. He holds Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from Project Management Institute. He has served on the board of TechMaine and the United Way of Greater Portland. Ashok earned his B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from Andhra University, India, and his MS in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, USA. 

A results-oriented and quality-focused recruiter, Charles Murray has a passion for superb customer service. His 20+ years experience span all phases of the employment cycle: strategic planning, advertising, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, selection, hiring, relocation and associated administrative functions. Charles works directly with hiring managers determining job descriptions, employee selection, and hiring decisions. He also conducts telephone and in-person interviews, attends industry job fairs, conducts screening interviews, testing, selection interviews, and indoctrination sessions. Charles has broad-ranging experience in electronics, telecommunications, photonic/fiber-optic, and computer manufacturers and services, semiconductor manufacturers, aerospace manufacturers, hospitals, utilities, architectural and engineering service firms, as well as a wide variety of consumer, military, and industrial product manufacturers. 

Lincoln’s long recruiting career in IT staffing began in 1980, covering the New England states for a large firm based in Hampton, NH. He moved back to his native Maine in 1982 to focus on the growth of the IT industry, where he placed MIS Directors, Systems Analysts, Programmer/Analysts, Systems Programmers, and DBA's for major companies. In 1990 he launched a new venture called  CompuSource,  which specialized in the permanent placement of IT professionals. The company rode a successful wave for years, until the collapse of the “dot com bubble” followed by 9/11. Lincoln joined iCST in 2002 to use his formidable skills and vast network of contacts to accelerate the growth of iCST. 

Business veteran Andrea Lemire is a firm believer in focusing on both the big picture and the smallest details, and of course their impact on the bottom line. Andrea has over 20 years of experience in all phases of small business management: operations management, finance, human resources, benefits, marketing, web design, network & systems management and more. She joined iCST in 2008 after returning home to Maine from Rhode Island, where she successfully co-managed the re-direction and explosive growth of Rig Pro, a fledgling division of Southern Spars. Andrea’s broad scope of business experience has energized iCST’s finance department. 

Veena Vasappa, Operations Manager

Operations Manager Veena Vasappa has been a vital part of the iCST team since 2006. Her three years of experience in the staffing industry is complemented by her dozen years in the service industry. Veena earned her BS in Business Administration from Champlain College, Vermont, and her MBA from the University of South Alabama, Mobile. Prior to joining iCST, she worked with Lufthansa German Airlines and Jackson Hewitt tax services. She resides in Nashua, NH with her husband and daughter.
