Project Manager will manage a project to implement a Resource Management process in a Technology organization of 700 – 1000 employees, using the Primavera Project/Portfolio Management Tool. PM will be responsible for facilitation of requirements, solution, and overall planning, coordination, and execution of project tasks.

Job Description:
• Assemble technical, functional and business resources to work on the project team
• Coordinate scheduling of project team members to efficiently manage time of shared resources
• Develop project plans, schedule, timelines and tracks progress of project tasks
• Facilitate the project definition, requirements, design, test documentation are generated
• Manage Project budget
• Manage end-to-end testing of the project deliverables and coordinate issue resolution, status reports
• Acts as a liaison between business, technology and vendor teams
• Engage Architecture and Infrastructure teams on timely basis to accomplish project needs
• Provide timely status updates on the project to stakeholders
• Facilitate and ensure that timely and quality documentations are generated during all phases of the project
• Proactively identifies risks and issues that impact project goals and objectives. Work with team towards resolution
• Implement and manage project change control process
Qualifications Sought:
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing large and complex IT projects.
• Multiple Full life cycle technology PM experience.
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Strong interpersonal, team building and team work skills
• Experience in managing large enterprise level technology projects
• Excellent communications skills
• High energy self starter with strong organizational skills and ability to multi task
• Demonstrated ability to manage project resources from matrix organization
• Diplomatic and persuasive with ability to succeed without authority
• Previous banking experience is preferred
• Experience with proven project methodology tools. PMI or ITIL certification a plus.
• Expertise in Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
• Expert-level proficiency in MS Project or other project/portfolio management tool required, including merging multiple project plans to produce a consolidated view.
• Prior experience in implementing resource & demand management processes and supporting applications preferred
