6 months contract to hire
Resolves technical problems and answers queries by telephone in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems. Diagnoses, identifies, isolates and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records. May route calls to product line specialists. Maintains and updates records and tracking databases. Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.
Technical Support Help Desk Sr
Develop specific contracts and PWS for installion, maintenance and moving of various AirCard and wireless telecommunication services. Work with various service providers to ensure recruiters have the required functional wireless communications. Job is very detailed oriented.
Required knowledge in basic auditing and billing procedures. Also wireless and landline telcom support.
Required skills
Proficiency at Microsoft Word, Excel, Office.
Ability to successfully obtain a background investigation.
Good troubleshooting skills over the phone or e-mail.
Ability to learn custom software packages for telecommunications ordering and budgeting.
Typical Minimums
High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional specialized technical training equivalent to a technical Associate degree and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned technical/para-engineering tasks and 1 Year of experience.
