Description:
Our client is actively seeking a Performance Tester who would be responsible for establishing methodology and implementing/executing an on-going process for load/performance testing web and Client/Server applications (with mainframe back-end).
Job Requirements:
Applicant should have 5+ years of technically oriented data processing experience in one or more of the following areas: z/OS or OS/390 and network methodologies; Client/Server system support and web services; capacity planning or performance tuning. Previous experience with Performance Center , LoadRunner or similar product required. Shell programming, Rexx, C or C++ a plus. Candidate must have excellent communication and project management skills, and must be a self-starter and highly motivated. Position requires supporting application areas on new projects and working with various technologies, including J2EE and NET.
