Description:
A project management resource required for the support of the retail products team and will be managing a project(s) within the acquisition space or others as needed. A strong banking/mortgage background would be preferred in support of three different groups. The PM will be supporting the technical teams, the business line requirements and business analysts as part of both technical teams. Below is a breakdown of the further requirements for this position with a fulfillment timeline of the very near-term.
Project Manager Key:
1. The PM will provide leadership and support in development of all phases using the TD bank SDLC process.
2. The PM will provide ongoing status, task management, risk and issue analysis and be responsible for document creation in line with TD bank SDLC/PMLC process.
3. The PM will provide ongoing support to the retail products team for both the RMI and RMO.
4. The PM will serve as a central point of contact and properly distribute all inputs and outputs to the appropriate team as required.
5. The PM will provide reporting on those internal and external resources in alignment with the approach, processes and governance as described by the program manager and consistent with TD bank SDLC/PMLC processes.

Description of qualifications:
1. A minimum of five years serving as a project manager with responsibility for internal and actual resources.
2. Experience in managing logistically, culturally diverse teams.
3. Skilled in providing clear, concise communication in both written and oral forms.
4. Preferred experience in managing budgeting responsibilities.
5. Strong ability and proven success (5 years plus) using Microsoft office, Visio, Project.
6. Experience in retail banking and mortgage lending a plus.
7. Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
Education requirements:
1. Completion of an accredited degree in one of the following areas information technology, business management or other four year degree consistent with the responsibilities described.
2. Successful completion of and in good standing with the Project management Institute holding a PMP certification or Six Sigma certification, preferred.
