Description:
Test Manager: Manages processes and procedures related to software testing and quality assurance. Manages all phases of software testing including pre- and post-production modifications and updates. Ensures software developed meets all levels of quality and performance standards. Provides research, analysis, and design to produce a Test Strategy appropriate for the application, solution and/or project. Develops, selects, and administers automated software testing. Expertise in HP Quality Center with an ability to provide as needed training.
Ensure sufficient testing of any externally facing application/s provides fast and error free transactions for the customer. Ensure the privacy and safety of all data used in testing. Ensures that own work, as well as work of any employees supervised, is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, as detailed in policies located on Company intranet; policies include but are not limited to Fair Lending, Know Your Customer, Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money-laundering policies.
Work in a collaborative fashion with all business partners to provide technology solutions that produce quality and cost advantages. Must have skills:
Prior Fidelity Systematics experience - Yes or No
Quality Center - 6 yrs
Quick Test Professional - 6 yrs
Specific requirements for this position include:
1. 6+ yrs of previous experience with Quality Center and Quick Test Pro
2. Fidelity Systematics experience strongly preferred
3. Background in Commercial Operations preferred – otherwise, general banking or financial services experience required.
