Here are the details:
This is going to be client/web development role. The incumbent will be responsible for technical documentation as well.
Overall- this is a small group of developers and because they are small- this candidate could really be responsible for any of the following phases of the SDLC. Requirements (interact with users), design/development, test, and production support (i.e. bug fixing, troubleshooting, “break/fix” which is BAU work).
Again, want emphasize technical documentation will be involved with this position.

May initiate and implement systems design projects of moderate size and complexity with little direct supervision. Works with the client to define system scope and objectives. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis.
•Participates in evaluating technical and economic feasibility of each method of problem resolution. Demonstrates proficiency in the development and implementation of medium to large-sized systems. Demonstrates leadership skills within the development area as well as across other disciplines working on system implementations

We require this resource to be based out of our Mt. Laurel, NJ location. The contractor will not be reimbursed for relocation or daily living expenses.
